Hope you all had a great holiday weekend with family and friends! With network marketing, I love that every day can be a holiday–and that we can live a life that we truly LOVE every day!

Here’s why I believe Network Marketing truly ROCKS=>

This is a brilliant business model where instead of investing in advertising and celebrity endorsement, companies invest in our success. This opportunity allows us to leverage the integrity of big brands, and the time, talent and resources of our corporate dream teams.

Direct selling is a simple business model that doesn’t require a college degree, huge overhead, employees, or a brick and mortar shop. It’s a scalable business, and it’s just plain smart. The Direct Selling Association recently celebrated its 100-year anniversary, so it’s a tried and true business model that’s proven to be solid.

Network marketing provides a turnkey business where you start at a low cost. It carries many incredible benefits such as: Freedom and Flexibility, Financial Opportunity, Fun and Friendship, and Fabulous Opportunities For Growth!

Let’s talk about that…

Freedom and Flexibility-In our profession you can work your business part time, any time! There’s no commute to work. You create your hours and block out the important things in your life and plan around them. Essentially, you design a professional life that fits around the rest of your life. Often times started as a plan B, it can easily become a plan A. I started my business to supplement my teacher’s salary, and I was able to build a business beyond my wildest dreams!

Financial Opportunity-  We leverage our upfront investment of time and resources, and have the opportunity for an exponential return. We get paid to talk about our transformative products and our award winning business model. We get paid to talk about what we love– and we can earn amazing bonuses, competitive commissions, and incredible incentives! This is the company’s way of rewarding us for a job well done. We don’t just get paid, we also get recognized!

Fun and Friendship-What I love most about our profession is having the opportunity to build success, all while helping others to succeed! We celebrate our success together in countless trips and trainings around the world! One of the greatest rewards of building my business has been the friendships I’ve made.

Fabulous Opportunities For Personal and Professional Growth-You are in business for yourself, and not by yourself. We receive incredible training through our company and team training systems that are provided. We grow personally and professionally! We earn as we learn! The personal and professional growth opportunities definitely outweigh the paycheck for me!

To sum it up all up in one word-network marketing has provided me FREEDOM!

With network marketing, every day can truly be a holiday!

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT NETWORK MARKETING? (*comment below, without mentioning your company name, please)!

Creating Culture in Network Marketing

Watch today’s video on “creating culture”! Then read the blog post below for more thoughts on why “what you do, will duplicate” in network marketing=>

Be a person of abundance and integrity. Do the right thing at all times. Honor your team, and each others teams. Model for your teams how to be abundant with everyone in the company– regardless of whether or not you financially benefit. Remember, at the end of our life, there will be no teams. Show honor, respect, and support–and prosperity is sure to follow.

Remember, what you do, will duplicate across your team! What you give, is what you get! Wouldn’t you agree? Share your thoughts below…

PS- I share more about creating culture, and how to ROCK your recognition (a big piece of creating culture) on my new CD series, “The Rock Star Recruiting School- Master Class Edition”, which you can purchase here.

Love & Leadership

The “LOVE” Series Continues.

Watch this video, then read below for more leadership learning=>

We all have a choice to remain rooted and grounded in our responding…

When we get that text that ticks us off; when we get that email that bugs us a bit… we have a choice to REACT or we can choose to RESPOND in love.

Reaction is an emotional decision often commanded by our emotions or exhaustion.

Responding is a thought out reply, emotions aside, leading with logic , love, and level-headedness.

Often times what you are going through is simply a test to see how you will remain rooted in your responding–and is a refining trial for YOU. Situations groom and grow US. Struggles strengthen us, IF we allow them to. When we pass these tests, we can be promoted to new levels of leadership and have a greater measure of influence.

How we treat people can have a great impact on the degree in which we are blessed in our lives. We can’t be rude and inconsiderate and expect to be treated right by others and live in victory. If we want to be promoted at any level, we must be faithful in the platform that we currently have.

I remember a time when my leadership was put under pressure (during a very difficult time of my life)–and through my obedience to God and faithfulness to others, in time I was promoted–and throughout this trial I was protected.

There were people in a position of power who tried to come against our leadership for a season. I felt the urge to react, defend, and explain. But I kept hearing a still voice remind me to “Be still”…to allow God to be my vindicator and to continue to walk in love.

This was a refining process for me–which taught me the importance of responding in love (versus reacting). I grew as a person and leader during this time–and although uncomfortable I was being created into the person and leader I was intended to be. Although I wouldn’t want to go through this again, I wouldn’t trade the situation for how it groomed me and grew me into becoming a better leader, learning how to walk in love and be quick to forgive.

In time, truth was revealed & relationships were healed. A life-changing conversation happened when one person came to us and said “what made all of the difference in the world was seeing how you and your husband responded in love to the situation!” We never gossiped–we never defended (although we could’ve)–instead we prayed behind the scenes, and allowed the process to refine us. We remained rooted and grounded in our responding over time.

Talk about something bad being used for good!

You may be in a situation right now that is grating your last nerve–or turning up feelings of extreme pain and hurt. Do not repay evil with evil. Repay evil with good…

Every Monday morning at 11 am ET I host a Power to Prosper Prayer Call => prayer for people in the market place who want to power up their business, and their results! (You’re always welcome to listen in live on Mondays at 11 am ET: Dial: (712)432-0075 code: 511478# OR to the replay at: (712)432-1085 same code).

Recently we discussed the story of Joseph (<= click here for a 30 min replay). Although it’s a spiritual teaching, I believe the lessons learned in this story can help many who are in the place of leadership.

There’s a story in the Old Testament of a man named Joseph– if anyone had a right to react and return evil for evil it was him! His brothers hated him so much that they threw him into a pit and were going to kill him, but decided to sell him into slavery instead! Years went by and he endured extreme heartache (being lied about, tormented, and accused). But he kept a good attitude and continued to be blessed! After 13 years of being in prison for a crime he didn’t commit, he was promoted to the second highest position in Egypt!

He was in charge of the food supply when a famine struck and his brothers traveled to Egypt for food for their family. Joseph could have ordered them killed, but instead gave them all the food they needed. Is it any wonder why he was promoted and protected? He knew how to respond in love, and treat people right!

When you bless your enemies, you will never lose! When you continue to respond in love (no matter how difficult) you will always come out greater on top. Respected and protected–and promoted and accepted! A loved leader by many!

Next time you get that text, email, or call–let it sit for a day or two. Wait for the emotions to die down, and the exhaustion to subside. Choose wisely how you respond. It may be the process that has been chosen to promote YOU!

I’d love to hear YOUR thoughts on this topic below.

Today concludes the “Love Series” on SarahRobbins.com. And I thought, why not end with a love story? I want to share something very special with you today…

Ten years ago, Phil (Mr. “Rockin Robbins”) and I were paying bills from our quarter jar, wondering how we would be able to afford a wedding (we pulled it off, on a very small budget!) We recently celebrated ten years of marriage, and we decided to recreate a special day with those we love.

Because of our network marketing business, our lives have changed for the better over the past ten years. We are now able to live more, give more, and love our lives even more! We decided to host a celebration in honor of 10 years of marriage at our new home–and also give 100 children a brand new home in celebration of love, and in the spirit of giving…

Take a look how it turned out, then read below the video for a SWEET SURPRISE=>

Because of network marketing, we are able to live a life that we truly love–and do amazing things with–and for–the people that we love! It is my heart’s deepest desire that you will find a vehicle or profession that you love to pursue a life that you truly love–so you can live more, give more, and love your life even more! That is why I am so passionate about teaching what we teach–sharing what we share–giving what we give…I guess that is the former kindergarten teacher in me!

In 2015, I have been challenging myself to pay it forward–and give back–and share what we know with others! We want you to know that we have so much more in store for you…

Telling Your COMPANY STORY In Network Marketing

Hey there Rock Stars! Welcome to the “Story Series”, where all month long I will teach you how to package and present POWERFUL stories to share more about your network marketing company and product.

Today’s topic is: How to Tell a Powerful Company Story! Watch this video first, then read below it for a complete outline on how to package (and practice) your POWERFUL “COMPANY STORY” (*you’ll note a few additional tips than what were mentioned in the video!)=>

Here they are the 5 P’s to talk about when presenting your business:

1) Partnership –talk about the company you’ve joined & why it would be a great for your prospect. Don’t just share features of the company. Share benefits to your prospect, and why they would be a great fit!

2) Products –share your own results and the market potential for them (not ingredients).

3) Programs-share what support will they get from you and the company.

4) Payplan (share how the businesses model works and why network marketing works and how money is made. I don’t share numbers, etc. unless asked. Instead, share how the extra income and incentives could benefit their life).

5) Positioning and Timing-create the urgency as to why the time is now for them to join: “You couldn’t have picked a better time to hear about this…. We are now expanding in your market, and across the country! I’d love for you to take the lead as launch your area! You can also create urgency by sharing new product launches or promotions, and why the time is NOW!

I’ll add in a 6th P—be sure to talk about your prospects benefit and why this is a great opportunity for them! Help them to dream!

Package your story today–and practice it with your significant other, spouse, or sponsor! Then “Share” this with a rock star on your team and have them do the same! Rock on, rock stars! XO

How to Use Stories To Train Your Network Marketing Team

$

Hey there Rock Stars! Welcome to the “Story Series”, where all month long I will teach you how to package and present POWERFUL stories to share more about your network marketing company and product.

Today’s topic is: How To Use Stories To Train Your Network Marketing Team!

Have you ever noticed that when you go to a weekend long training event, the talks that you typically recall years later, are the ones that incorporated stories? Stories are what connect us emotionally to what we are hearing, and typically what we are able to recall–and what we share over and over again. As a former teacher, I would use stories and examples to solidify lessons with my students. This must be why I love to share stories when I train my network marketing team!

Each time you conduct a training for your team ask yourself: “Have I included a real-life story as an example of someone who is doing what I am teaching?Bonus tip: Also ask: “Have I included a call to action?” “What are the ‘takeaways’ for the listeners? What do I want them to do next?” This will make your trainings more memorable, and produce better results!

Here are some of my favorites stories that highlight ten of my top personal team leaders.  I love to incorporate their stories into my team trainings, as well as share their stories at conferences/ conventions/ retreats that I speak at, industry-wide (*feel free to borrow these stories and share as you need them too!):

Stacey (left), Rose (middle right), and their upline team Prudy (middle left) and Vicki (right)

Top leaders and friends: Stacey Roney (left), Rose Gallo-Rojas (middle right), and their upline team Prudy Ferrone (middle left) and Vicki Elbrecht (right). Why you never pre-judge!

Why The First Thing Every New Distributor Should Do Is: Rock Your Contact List

(And Call EVERYONE On It!)

My mom and I used to work for a woman named Stacey. Stacey and her husband own several successful businesses in Chicago. We both thought of her several times and never called her. The chances are, if you think someone is great, someone else does too. Eventually someone will call them, and in this case, they did! Rose out of Chicago beat us to it! She used a referral-based approach, complimenting Stacey, building on her credibility saying something simple like: “Stacey. I know you’ve built several successful businesses in Chicago, and I know you’re well networked in the Chicagoland area. I respect you. I am building a business in Chicago too. I was wondering if I could treat you to coffee, share with you what I’m doing, and pick your brain on ideas of how to grow this. I’d also like to see if you know people who you think may be interested.” *(This is great language you can use when reaching out to your prospects on your “chicken list”!)

Stacey met Rose for coffee, came with a list of hundreds of names she was ready to give Rose as referrals, and when she heard the opportunity she decided to come to a meeting to hear more for herself. I happened to be hosting the meeting that night, and in walked Stacey! My stomach hit the floor! She joined us! Stacey ended up being the top recruiter in the company that year! She earned her company car, and promoted to the very top leadership position in our pay plan!

Shoulda woulda coulda? Of course I’m thrilled for Stacey and Rose, but how many know that you only have to learn that type of lesson once? Now if someone comes to mind, I follow that little tug in my heart. I have a professional sense of urgency. I call them immediately, and I think: “which is greater? The risk or the reward?” The worst thing they will say is no! You won’t die (I have yet to die doing this business!) The best thing they will say is “yes”! And they change your life, their life, and countless of lives too, just as Stacey, Rose, and their upline Vicky and Prudy are doing today. By the way, they’ve created one of the strongest teams in the company! Don’t pre-judge anyone. You don’t know what their hopes, dreams, desires, and their financial situations are. Usually the most well-connected, successful, busy people get it first, and they run with it! It’s just our job to share, and it’s their job to decide. Remember, if we share what we’re doing with everyone, they can all plug in to one of the “3 C’s”: as a customer, consultant, or to help us in creating new connections! But they can only do that if they know what you’re doing and if you share your story with them! Make this your mantra: “Sharing with 5 contacts a day keeps leads coming my way!”

Sarah and her business partners and top leaders Stephanie Goetz and Emily Piniatoglou

Sarah and her business partners and top leaders Stephanie Goetz and Emily Piniatoglou. Why referrals are rewarding!

Why Referrals Are Very Rewarding

I developed my very own “referral reward program” where I offer free product, or my discount on the product to people who give me referrals. Use your discretion on how much you’re willing to give for referrals of those who join you on the products or the business, or if someone hosts an event for you. Referrals can be very rewarding! Some of my strongest distributors came from referral sources! Here are a few examples:

My personal business partners Stephanie and Emily are both top leaders in our company. I met Emily through my sister Emily. My sister wasn’t interested in our business, but I asked her if I could share more with her about what I was doing, in hopes that she could lead me to someone. I further explained there would be referral rewards for her if she did! She agreed, I shared more, and I gave her some ideas of what to email out and a few brief blurbs to post on social media sites. One day, she posted a few sentences online about my business and my story, asking people if they wanted to learn more. A woman at our gym messaged her back, came to one of our meetings, and joined me! Today, Emily’s risen to the top of our leader board, has earned over $10,000 in bonuses with the company on top of her commissions, and also served on our company’s advisory board! This business was a blessing to them during a very difficult time in their family’s life when unexpectedly, her husband Tim had to have brain surgery. Due to their team’s success, they were able to take time off of work, and focus on what mattered most: their family. Emily and Tim always remind people: “the time to look for a plan B is not when you need one!”

How did I meet Stephanie? I used to teach her son in kindergarten! I shared with her what I was doing, and she began regularly referring people onto me! One day she said: “why not me?” We met for coffee, and she joined me! Today, she too has earned over $10,000 of bonuses, and has risen to the top of the leader board in our company and has earned incredible incentive trips as well! She used to work corporately for a top charity, and now she’s able to give of her time and resources to that charity, and continue to change so many lives! And the icing on the cake? These two top leaders have become two of my dearest friends.

Sarah and her business partner, and top leader Amy Dagan

Sarah and her business partner, and top leader Amy Dagan. Amy’s team has one of the largest customer bases!!!

Customers Make Great Connectors

Don’t take “no” as a permanent answer! Let me explain: If someone says “no” to the business, be sure to say: “No problem. I’d love to have you try the products for now and be my best customer– and later on down the road, if your timing changes for the business, we can always revisit the opportunity later!”

One of my top leaders Amy does this so well. She does a lot of networking. After every prospecting meeting, if they aren’t interested, she has a new customer. Eventually that customer becomes a consultant down the road, as she’s nurtured them, developed a rapport, and she reminds them of the features and benefits of joining her on the business! She’s went on to build one of the top teams on my personal team and their team has one of the largest bases of very happy customers as a result!

Customers are so valuable to our business. They are our best brand ambassadors. Customers can later become your best consultants! I want to share with you a quick story—I call it the “Crystal Coder approach” named after two of our top leaders Debbie Coder and Crystal Archie. Crystal is great about posting a lot of before and after pictures of our product successes on Facebook. One day, her friend Debbie saw them, and messaged Crystal, who took the conversation offline to tell her more about the products. She mentioned, “you know, as a consultant I actually get the products at a discounted price and am able to earn extra money by sharing my results with others when people try them. Can I tell you more about that program?” She did! And Debbi joined her, and both girls have built “million dollar teams”! So don’t be afraid to ask your customers if they would like to learn more about becoming a consultant too—so they can get their best savings!

Sarah and her top leaders at their annual convention recognition dinner. Natalia (front row, second person in from the right) and Prudy (front row, third person in from the right) both created major momentum in their business with regular events!

Sarah and her leaders at their annual personal team convention recognition dinner, for her top leaders. Natalia Yosco (front row, second person in from the right) and Prudy Ferrone (front row, third person in from the right) both created major momentum in their business with events!

Rock Events To Grow A Large Local Team

One of my personal partners, Prudy, was a million dollar earner for another network marketing company. She left her first company to build a medical spa, and came back to our profession to build with our company. She tells a story of when her volume was stagnant in the early days, and she began to implement ongoing events with her team (we aren’t a party plan company, but for a brief while she asked all of her leaders to host events to build faster momentum!) She made herself available for all of their events, as they were income producing. Within a matter of months she earned the company car, and today is one of the top leaders of one of the larger teams in our company. She works with the willing, focuses on income producing activity with her team (calls and events), and keeps the rest plugged in!

I can’t stress enough the importance of regular (weekly, bi-monthly, or at least monthly) meetings for your team to stay plugged in. These meetings can be events conducted in your home, where people can simply learn how to “invite” their guests for a presentation on the opportunity, and then end with some sort of training. Leaders who understand duplication understand the power of regular meetings and events for their team. All a new distributor has to do is learn how to invite people to a meeting, and follow up after, which makes things simple and duplicable.

This is how one of our top leaders, Million Dollar Circle Achiever, Natalia created a groundswell in her market. She began implementing regular weekly meetings so her team would duplicate quickly, right out of the starting gates. She was brand new, and partnered with a few of her new partners and they started meeting in a church weekly, then grew into a coffee shop, then a restaurant, then grew into at a small clubhouse, then a larger one. Now their meetings can attract hundreds of people, and her market became one of the strongest in the company–and she’s one of the very top leaders in the company! She attributes much of that success to having a simple local support system in place where new distributors could easily invite guests, get trained and grow, and this fostered quick duplication and growth! She kept it simple for everyone! How smart!

Sarah and Stacey Snee (on the end) with Susie and Nikki. All top leaders and friends on our personal team

Sarah and Stacey Snee (on the end) with Susie and Nikki. All top leaders and friends on our personal team. Stacey started part-time, but built big-time success!

You Can Work This Business Part-Time But Not “Sometimes”

I’ve heard people say: “you can work your business part time (most people do), but not some time”. What does that mean? It means that with the hours you do have to put into your business you must be planned and purposeful. You must be prepared! You must be ready to focus on “income producing activity” (sharing and showing your business and products to prospects).

My business partner Stacey is a prime example of someone who started her business very part-time, but built big-time success! She’s a military spouse and mother to two young children, who started her business during a big move from Hawaii to Washington D.C. to start a new job as the National Deputy Director at a non-profit organization. Amidst the chaos of moving, her new full-time career, and being a solo parent during her husband’s deployment, Stacey still recognized an opportunity too good to pass up. She consistently worked her business in just about an hour per day! Just three months into her business, Stacey was able to walk away from her full time job and be available to her kids, replace her corporate salary, earn the company car and qualify for multiple incentive trips.

“I know many people who think they are too overwhelmed and can’t fit anything more into their lives, but, at first, I was only working my business one hour a day. It’s so important to see a bigger vision. You can work it an hour a day and still build something over time that is significant, not only for yourself, but for the people that join your team.” Stacey started working with me, sometimes on an hour a day, once her kids went to sleep–but each hour was filled with prospecting calls, and “income producing activity”–proof that you can build big part-time, but you can’t just work this “sometimes”! Set your schedule, and come prepared to work each day!

Sarah with her business partner, top leader Kim Cartwright at her car presentation. Kim is a leader of leaders!

Go Wide For Show, Deep For Dough!

“Go wide for show, and deep for dough!” What does this mean? Many leaders focus on building wide for titles and recognition–but seasoned leaders also know that you have to have a balance, and dig down deep into your organization, looking for emerging leaders, and treating them as though they are your personally sponsored! This is where depth is created in your organization (volume, and growth!) If there’s one lesson that I learned from my business partner Kim, it’s that you work down deep into your organization–almost like mining for gold! Kim is someone who makes herself available to her entire team by opening up her calendar for calls and events (when your team is of a manageable size as you’re starting out, I always recommend this–with a group of my size, the goal is to empower and duplicate leaders to do what you do!)

Kim works very hard with her leaders–and as a result of her hard work, and her leader’s hard work, several levels deep a large group began to grow. She made herself available to those leaders for coaching calls, and closing calls, realizing that “heat burns up!” Today that leadership team has reached the top title in our company, through working down deep with leaders. Kim qualified for a company car (so did her leaders), and is now earning, what would be considered by many “career income” with our company!

Sarah with top leader and friend Nikki Lazo at her team retreat at her lake home

Sarah with top leader and her business partner Nikki Lazo at her team retreat at her lake home. Nikki’s story inspires many to “never give up”! Give this the time it takes!

Never Give Up On People

I remember sitting in my kitchen one day, checking my business reports. I noticed a leader who’s sales went from average, to literally multiplying month over month is just a few short months (during summer months, which can be slower)–she quickly skyrocketed to car qualifications (and for us, car qualifications means you’re at a career income, doing really well!)

Here is what I love most about Nikki’s story: She had been in the business for almost 3 years, and she only started seeing notable success in our business over the past year or so. Most people would’ve given up much sooner. She admits that there was many times where she wanted to quit, wondering if success would ever happen for her. Although discouraged at times, she continued to remain coachable and committed. I would speak words of affirmation to her, reminding her of her dreams, and how much I believed in her. She would do the same with her team (her team just loves her! They have the greatest culture!)

During this time in her business, Nikki’s faith was being built. Her confidence was being built. She was being refined into the leader and woman she was intended to be. In about 90 days her business was completely transformed, and I can barely recognize Nikki! She has become a dynamic, strong, assured leader. Nikki’s story was shared on a national call with my team, and it inspired so many to press on, persevere, and to push towards their prize. I encourage you to persevere too. You will face resistance in your business too. There might be times where you want to quit. Resistance isn’t a sign to quit. You are exactly where you are supposed to be—growing in faith, confidence, and character. You are being refined. You will be accelerated at your designated time if you press on.

I have another leader named Angela who has been in the business for a few years too–and it wasn’t until recently that she chose to rise to the very top! Angela was going through a tough time personally and chose to allow that pressure to promote her– because of this Angela had a new commitment to her business most recently. I am so proud of Angela and her team. In a very short period of time (with focused effort and major team commitment) they got in car-qualifications too–and are working toward completing some very big goals.

You never know when people’s timing will be just right to take off like a rocket ship!  Don’t give up on your rock stars! Work with the working, but don’t forget to LOVE (and encourage) the rest of them! Keep them plugged into your team systems and trainings too!

Sarah with top leader and friend Susie Sheftel

Sarah with top leader and business partner Susie Sheftel. One of the most famous stories in our profession–why you never (EVER) quit!

Don’t Ever Give Up On Your Business

I want to share with you a story of why quitting should never cross your mind.

One of the top leaders on my team is a woman by the name of Susie. Susie learned about our business from someone she had worked with briefly. On December 31, she was introduced to me on a three-way call with her soon-to-sponsor, who at the time was my personal partner. Susie immediately caught the vision and enrolled on New Years Eve! What a way to toast to new beginnings!

Unfortunately Susie’s sponsor got discouraged that she had only enrolled one person. She decided that the business wasn’t for her, and she quit.

A few years later, her team of one (Susie) grew into an incredible team that spans across the entire country. In fact, it’s one of the fastest growing teams in our company. Many team members are driving beautiful free cars, earning amazing incentive trips, and increasing their incomes. In fact, Susie was recently recognized as a million dollar circle achiever at our company convention.

Can you imagine if Susie’s sponsor stuck with the business? I’ve referred to her in industry events as the “$50 Million Dollar Woman”. Susie’s sponsor started this business at about age 30. After taxes, and with conservative investments, and not even taking into effect organizational growth over time, that’s what she could have earned over time if she didn’t walk away.

One of my friends, Donna Johnson, another million-dollar earner reminds me often: “Sarah, I know handfuls of people who will be millionaires today if they simply didn’t quit!” You never know what people will do or whom they will lead you to. Quitting is the surest way to fail!

I recently read that as many as 95 percent of those who remain in this industry for 10 years or longer working steadily at building their groups reach their highest level of pay in their respective business.

If there’s one thing that I know for sure about success, is that it begins with a decision to be successful, a commitment to seeing it through, and you just can’t quit. My mom and I were the first 2 distributors in our company. Early on when we started our business with no training, no websites, and no mentoring at the time, we made a decision to do whatever it takes! In my opinion, that is the greatest factor that leads to success–your decision. Whether you think you can or think you’re can’t you’re right! So make a decision, be relentless, and be committed to do whatever it takes!

I love to share these stories of hope, and possibility with my rock stars! I hope they encouraged you too…

FINAL TIP: Always have your leaders share their packaged business story when they train on calls or at events (I share how to package your business story, on this blog). Stories help to encourage your team, and build belief! So before anyone trains, ask that they tell their story (why they joined, and what the business is doing to change their life)! That’s typically what makes the greatest impression on people, and what they remember most.

Remember, facts tell, stories sell! :) I hope you enjoyed meeting my TOP TEN personal business partners, who are some of my very best friends! Now be sure to “Share” this with YOUR rock stars! XO I hope this inspires them to dream BIGGER!

How NOT To Use Social Media in Network Marketing

Welcome to our Social Media for Network Marketing Series! Every Monday we will be releasing FREE SOCIAL MEDIA TRAINING FOR NETWORK MARKETERS on the blog, so be sure to subscribe to our emails to be notified when a new training is released! It’s week two, and today we are talking about– How NOT to use Social Media, and why some think network marketing is a little bit “scammy“, and a whole lot of “spammy“!

Watch this video, then read below it for more on my thoughts on this hot topic=>

A “Teachable Moment” From a Former Teacher

A loving note to my fellow direct selling professionals–

I adore your ambition and commitment to growing your business. I’m seeing a trend that has me concerned with several different cos (none in particular)…and that is the coaching or action of adding everyone on your friends list to your sales group/online parties on these social sites, without sending them a personal invitation, allowing them the opportunity to accept or decline your invitation.

NOTE: I don’t have a problem with virtual parties or online events (Facebook groups created to present your network marketing product). I do them all the time, and train on them too.My issue comes with how we are inviting people to these social media sales events (many times hosted in a Facebook group).

I personally don’t like being added to people’s sales pitches online without prior permission. Here’s why:

1) Our business is about personal relationships. Think about it–it feels like “Spam” when you’re added to something unknowingly without a conversation attached (or sometimes even knowing who the person is). If you truly want me to learn more about your product, contact me personally. Tell me about it! “Share” are little bit, then “invite” me to learn more if I am interested!
2) It’s just not effective. Even for traditional in-home events I coach people to always follow up an invitation with a personal phone call to invite someone, and show appreciation for their support and interest. Go out of your way to treat them as your guest of honor, and make them feel special.
3) Many social sites starting to take action on people who are doing this (spamming activity) and it ruins these functionalities for people using it properly.

I know your intentions are good. I know you’re simply excited to get your products into the hands of as many people as possible–because you know it will help them, or they will enjoy it…But nothing replaces the importance of personal and professional communication by offering personal invitations to people. It’s traditional–it’s timeless–and it’s just good manners. Even if we still use “new school” technology (online events)–we can still incorporate “old school” traditions/manners/etc that we know work, and are appreciated–like making invitations personal. Again, I don’t have a problem with virtual events or online parties themselves–I simply want us to do our audience right in personally inviting them (allowing the option to decline or accept our invitation) without making them feel “spammed” or impersonal, as more and more of my friends who aren’t in network marketing are saying “If I get added into one more ____ group on FB!”

I get added to people’s sales groups/online parties every day. I’m a top leader in network marketing, and even I don’t appreciate it, to be honest. I personally don’t even look at what is being offered when I see I am added randomly to the sales group (by people I typically don’t know.) To be honest, it annoys me that I have to go through the hassle of taking myself off the group. I go to “Settings” and “leave the page” and “prevent the user from adding me back”.

HOWEVER, when a friend picks up the phone to call me to invite me to their party–sharing their excitement, or sends me a personal message/invitation to an online or in-person event I’m more inclined to support them and spread the news. This is what I’ve trained our team, and it’s served us (and our personal reputation, and our company’s reputation) very well– for the long term.

How people perceive network marketing as a whole, matters to us all! Let’s continue to elevate our powerful profession so IT is around for the long term. Just wanted to provide a teachable moment for us all because I care about you. And your success!

The best thing we can do is educate (not condemn) our fellow colleagues in the network marketing profession. I hoped I helped to do that today.

Next weeks post will be on how TO host (and promote) online events RIGHT! Stay tuned and get on our newsletter now so you don’t miss it! <= we will never use the list to spam YOU–hehe!

For now, keep ROCKIN your network marketing business!

How To Host Virtual Events in Network Marketing

Hey there rock stars! Sarah “Rockin” Robbins here!

Welcome to our Social Media for Network Marketing Series! Every Monday we will be releasing FREE SOCIAL MEDIA TRAINING FOR NETWORK MARKETERS on the blog (sorry I’m late this week–Monday was my birthday!) Be sure to subscribe to our emails to be notified when a new training is released! It’s week three, and today we are talking about–How To Host Virtual Events in Network Marketing (perfect for helping launch your long-distance distributors, STRONG–or to pull in your long-distances prospects to your presentations!)

Watch the video to learn how to do this efficiently and effectively first, then read below on the blog, for more tips:

What is a VBL?–A Virtual Business Launch is a cross between a live event and an opportunity call– it allows you to present powerfully with your team from anywhere in the world. VBLs come in handy when you are growing a market out of state (or the country) and it allows you to support a growing team there!

Here’s the types of technology I like to use for virtual launches and presentations:

Skype or Google Hangout– (which have a video component).  For large groups, I like to ask my distributors to  hook up their computer to their TV via an HDMI cord or an Apple TV so their prospects can see me on a large screen. I also ask that they test their speakers to be sure no one is straining to hear me.

Pick a service, do some research, google search for tutorials, practice!

Here are a few tips on VBLS: What to do Pre-, During, and Post-Event:

  1. Pre-event
Teach your new distributor to focus on inviting.  Connect by phone to personally invite guests. Tell them their support means the world to you. Then send personal invitations. Follow up a few days before the actual event with a text: “So excited for Saturday! ‘See’ you then!”
  1. During the Event:
Give an engaging presentation, and have the distributor stream you into their event! They share their story, and introduce you. Open up with your story–the company’s story (& more about the opportunity). Transition into your product story–share more about your product and how it can benefit the prospect (if applicable, hold up the products behind the screen as you share them). End with a clear call to action of what to do next if they are interested in the product or opportunity. Create urgency (offer free gifts with purchase until a certain date–or 3-way calls for the next 2 days if interested in the business!) The distributor on the other end should be coached on how to make product recommendations, take orders, and schedule 3-way calls if people are interested in the business. Coach them on how to close the event effectively when you’re offline–and you be by your phone in case they call you, and need help.
  2. Post Event:
Remind your distributor–the fortune is in the follow up! They need to call each guest: “Thank you so much for coming! What did you think of the launch? What questions did you have?” –Then transition into the business: “I think the business would be a great fit for you too, because… (personalize the conversation). Do you have any interest?” And/or “What product intrigued you most?”

Hope this helps YOU to ROCK your network marketing business!

Next week’s post is going to be the most ROCKIN one yet!

How to “Motivate” Your Team (and Manage Your Expectation and Emotions)

How to “Motivate” Your Team (and Manage Your Expectation and Emotions)

Hey there Rock Stars! This month of May, I wanted to talk to you a bit about managing our EMOTIONS and EXPECTATIONS in our business–as what we do is simple and systematic. So what keeps people from going the distance? It’s “What’s in between the ears”–our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This month we will address that, and I believe you will be empowered with everything you need to succeed, and to truly “ROCK Your Network Marketing Business”! Be sure to subscribe to our emails to be notified when a new training is released on this topic!

Please watch today’s video, and as promised, below are more top tips to help you in this topic:

REMEMBER: As today’s video shares: You aren’t responsible for people’s success or failure–you are responsible to get them off to a good start! Then, they decide to find their own motivation (draw upon their “Why”) and do the work it takes every day, to be successful over time. But here are a few tips for the fast start….

The core principals of what it takes to build big in network marketing are timeless and universal. Stick to your system (which will include these tips)–I want to share with you 5 focuses within my system to help newbies start strong! I call it my “5 Firsts” To Help Your “Rock Your Network Marketing Business”

Here are 5 things I do to focus on getting newbies off to a rockin start=>

1) POWER PARTNER TOGETHER FROM DAY 1

Set an enrollment appointment to help them choose their getting started package, and enroll in your monthly auto ship. Good leadership starts from the enrollment appointment. When you’re done, do a website walkthrough together. Teach them how to place an order and where to find training. Get them excited about starting the products, and have them take their “before” picture for before and after’s to build belief with their prospects later on! (if applicable).

I send them a welcome email and give them homework that’s income producing. I tell them: Write down every name you have in your Facebook, phone, and the memory jogger I send you, and write down the people you want to share your new business with—and let’s set a time to talk about HOW tomorrow!

2) Goal Setting and Going Through Their Contact List (Day 2)

We talk about their why—their immediate goals and any company goals they can go for. We then talk about how to get there–which requires daily activity, and consistent activity of “exciting and inviting” their prospects to learn more via call with me, coffee, or to their launch event or a team event.  I tell them– If you reach out to a few new people every day, you will build a big business over time. We then discuss ideas of how to reach out to people on their list— I brainstorm with my newbies regularly “who is your hottest prospect today, tell me about them, how can I help you reach out to them?”

I challenge my newbies to reach out to 200 people their very first month, and to keep track!

You can email them language, and prospecting tips too. For example:

Call or message people you know

“I wanted to share some exciting news with you. I know you’ve built an incredible network in Chicago. I’m not sure if I mentioned this, but I am building a business there and I immediately thought of you because I know how well networked you are there. I’m hoping I could share more about what we’re doing, and who we’re looking to partner with as we expand there, and see if this is a good fit for anyone you know in the area. I’d love to pick your brains and get ideas of how to expand my business there. Do you have just a few minutes so I can share more?”

Talk to people who provide you service (waiters, bank tellers, cashiers, etc)

“Thanks for your great service today! We are looking for people like you for our business! I know you are working, but could we exchange information? I’d love to tell you more about what I do! What time are you off of work so I can call?

Talk to people when you’re out and about

Start with compliments—ask them questions about their family, where they work, etc. I like to eventually ask: Where are you from? –This question will lead you into what I like to call your “professional pick up line” later on.   Keep conversing like the game of ping pong, and eventually say how nice it was to meet them. Then ask: “Do you have a card? Earlier you mentioned you were from <their city>. My business is expanding to <their city>. I would like to give you a call and take just a few minutes to tell you what we’re doing there, and who we’re looking for and pick your brain.  I’ve so enjoyed talking to you—I’d love to reconnect and see if you can help me out.”

OR Use the “Sample pack approach”

When you’re out, give compliments, ask a lot of questions, and network! Have a normal conversation. Before you leave: “I’ve loved chatting with you today and want to leave you a little gift. I wanted to share some products with you that I am in love with! I know you’ll love them too. There are instructions on how to use them. If you promise you will use them, I promise I will follow-up and stay in touch! Today is Sunday. I will call you on Tuesday to see how you love them. What time works best for you?” Exchange info, schedule a time to follow up, and FOLLOW UP!

Prospect on Facebook

“Hi Joanna! I realize this is out the blue…. hope you’re well! I know you live in Utah & that market is an important area of growth for my business for multiple reasons. You may or may not have a personal interest, but either way I would love to tell you who I am looking for in the hopes you might know someone. Can you please shoot me your cell? I’m hoping you can help me & would love to catch up with you if nothing else. (*personalize the conversation here*) Congrats on your darling son! 10-15 minutes is all I need, as I’m sure that’s all you have time for as well right now. Thanks & I’ll drop you another message later next week if I don’t hear from you first.”Thanks Amy B for this language!

Teach them to invite people on to a call or coffee with you – or to your next meeting or event!

I tell my newbies: Now, you need to start calling people, and scheduling calls and coffees with me. I will present to them and help you to get new customers and consultants. Let’s talk again when you get your kit. Text me when it’s here!

3) Their distributor kit is here!  I have them text me the day they get their kit to announce their business formally and to plan the official launch of their business! Doors are officially open! I tell them: When you get your kit, take a cool picture of you with it. If you have kids or a family, make it fun and do it together! There’s a cool app that allows you to put some fun text on it called “Rhonna” (iPhone app store). You can say something that creates intrigue such as “mommas got a brand new business!” Announce your new business on Facebook, and be sure in the post to include a link to your website “check it out here (link)”! When people “like” the post, or “comment” on it, you know they see it! Message them in their inbox and say “thank you for supporting my business! I saw you comment on my post, and it meant the world to me. Do you have some time that I could share more with you? I’m looking to expand my business and would love your ideas, support, and referrals! What’s a good time and number to reach you?

I’ll announce them on my personal page a few days following, using the same picture, and tagging them to get them more visibility that week.

We then talk about launching their business with an official event!

This is a simple way to get their business and products in front of a lot of people at once! You know that list they made? They can invite everyone on that list to come to the grand opening of their new business. It can be a fun theme (leave the aging to wine and cheese, cocktails and conversations, or coffee and conversations if during the day!) Sending out invitations gets the best response, and always have them follow up a day or two before the event with a text reminding your guests of how happy they are they will be there (this keeps them from backing out). Encourage guests to bring a friend—the more people you have, the more new customers and consultants they will get!

If they are local, I will do the event, so not much prep is needed besides setting up! If they are long distance, I will do the presentation via skype! I just did 2 of these for new out of state personal recruits yesterday. It was simple. I skyped into their event. They have their computer hooked up to their TV via HDMI cord so everyone could see me (or an Apple TV), along with loud speakers so everyone could hear me. I held up the products while giving the presentation about the business and products. They closed the event by making product suggestions, taking orders, and asking guests if they saw anything about the business that intrigued them—and if so, they scheduled a 3-way call with me.

To keep the momentum going, I tell them after that they can always ask friends to host events for them, to get in front of a lot of people at once! Say: “My business is building in your area. I would love to meet new people. Would you host an event for me? I‘m happy to give you free product as a thank you!” This is a great way to grow a customer base fast!

4) I make sure they continue to keep posting,  keep calling , keep inviting.

I tell them: Follow my lead on Facebook, play “follow the leader”!

Keep reaching out to a few NEW people every day with the ideas I shared! Set up calls, coffees, events with me! Keep doing events! I will stay in touch regularly your first month to ask you about your progress, ask you who your hottest prospects are and help you close them, and help plan your events.

5) KEEP THEM PLUGGED INTO SYSTEMS:

Keep them plugged into calls, meetings, and events!

You keep recruiting, and be available for their “income producing activity”!

Have Fun With This guys!!!

You can create your own fun experiences for your team too, as it grows! This creates culture, which is the “glue” that holds your team together. The friendships are what keep people in the business when there are distractions in life. Set up parties, barbecues, quarterly recognition events, team get-togethers at conventions, or retreats.! A team who plays together, stays together!

As your team grows, so will your leadership. It’s important that you decide today what kind of leader you want to be, and what kind of culture you create for your team. Always remember, whatever you do will duplicate, starting today! Create the culture that you desire and your team deserves. LEAD BY EXAMPLE–SUCCESS STARTS WITH YOU!

Take responsibility for your success:

On the other side of this: When people complain about their challenges to grow their network marketing business, they may be tempted to play the “blame-game” & say: “My sponsor/leader doesn’t work with me,” but the truth of the matter is that people who are committed WORK THEIR SPONSORS!

I’m not saying you don’t have to train your newbies (you are responsible to get them off to a great start their first few days/meetings conversations)...but after that, your truly committed consultants/distributors come to YOU (their leaders) with questions & with calls to prospects, etc. They take ownership for their success by being students of the profession (learning & growing) and putting into practice what they learn. They will be successful with or without a “supportive sponsor”–they simply implement their company systems & trainings. They look up the lines for support, or find an accountability partner. True leaders “DO”. No one has to motivate me to work my business. No one calls or messages me daily to ask what I am doing or to teach me “how”. My “why” is enough to motivate me!

Bottom line: Get them off to a good start, then MATCH THEIR EFFORT!

The system is easy: reach out to a few new people each day, invite them to learn more. Follow up! Do this every day! If you don’t have someone supporting you, use the 5 tips (& language) above to help you rock your fast start! Take control of your future!

BIG NEWS From the “Robbins Nest” And How This Effects Our Family…

Mr. Rockin Robbins and I are so excited to announce that there will be a new “Robbins” coming to the nest! ETA= Christmas Day! We wanted to share the “BIG NEWS” with our community, but also tell you what this means to our family, and what “walking out your why” can mean to you, too…

Sarah Robbins Baby Announcement Robbins Nest

Many of you know, I’m a kindergarten teacher, turned network marketing leader. As a teacher of young ones, I would definitely say that many parents would struggle with the desire to volunteer in the classroom and attend field trips — but because of their responsibilities at work, were unable to fulfill that desire to the level that they dreamed. This of course, was of no fault to them–as they were making the ultimate sacrifice in doing everything they can to provide for their family, and give them a full life. This is to be commended and celebrated!

As a teacher of young ones I so badly desired to do for my family, what I was providing for so many others–to be present in my children’s life, and to teach and train them and fully raise them. That is why I started network marketing–initially to earn extra income to provide a more fulfilling life and rewarding experiences for my family, and to eventually be a full-time, hands-on mom!

Many of you know my story–things didn’t come easy for me. I used to be shy with no network (not too attractive in a business of networking!) It took me many months before I recruited my first distributor. In fact, our CEO lovingly reminds me “Sarah, I think you quit more than anyone else in the company!” She’s right–but in all reality, I never actually quit! I kept starting again–growing personally and professionally. Success is getting up just one more time than when you fell! I allowed my “reason why” to motivate me–I focused on my family, and the families I could touch with the time and resources my business provided to me!

There is nothing like seeing your “reason why” in action. Not only have we been able to show other children love as we’ve built orphanages in India-now we are excited to be showing our own children love, and have the ability to be full-time, hands-on parents! I wish the same for you too–if you’re not at the place where you desire to be ultimately, DO NOT GIVE UP! Celebrate small successes along the way– use the extra time and resources your business provides you to create a more quality life and experiences for those you love–whether that be fun family outings, trips, movie nights, etc….all while working toward your “BIG WHY”, which takes time!

Whatever you do, don’t quit along the way. Success isn’t easy, but it’s worth it! When you quit, you are actually saying “no” to your family, your team and future team…you are saying no to your dream. There is NOTHING like seeing your reason why in action! You can to anything for a short period of time to produce the long term rewards that you desire, and your family deserves!

I’m so blessed to watch this dream of ours become a reality! I wish the same for each of you!  XO Sarah

PS- We know that this anticipated news will bring the warmest wishes (some of our family and friends have been waiting 10 years for this exciting announcement)! If you’ll post your wishes below (versus messaging us direct) Phil and I promise to read each and every one of them this week–this is the easiest way for us to find them, and keep them in one place! While we can’t individually respond to them all, we want to thank you in advance for the outpouring of your love and support as we welcome this new little life into the world! We couldn’t be more excited! We believe being parents is the greatest responsibility and privilege of our lifetime!

WE LOVE YOU and we can’t wait to read your wishes below! XO, P+S “Rockin Robbins”!

1.008

Give The Gift of Network Marketing This Holiday

Here’s How! Seasonal Sponsoring Success Secrets from Network Marketing Leader Sarah Robbins & Other Top Leaders! Today we continue our series…

For previous seasonal posts….

Week #1 Training “Put Some Jingle In Your Pocket” Holiday Training

Week #2 Holiday Sales Training

Week #3 Holiday Sponsoring Training Starts Here….

Tis the season where people are looking to pay down debt during the holiday, thinking of end of year write off opportunities, and are starting to think about new opportunities in the New Year to better their life and lifestyle! You hold the SOLUTIONS to these resolutions!

So many people are looking for extra cash this holiday, and you could be holding their holiday miracle in your hands. So don’t be afraid to spread good cheer! The holidays are the perfect time to POWER PROSPECT as everyone is out and about. Here are a few ideas from network marketing ROCK STARS on super-sizing your sponsoring this season:

Check out this idea from Erin G: “ANYONE who I give cash to / paying for a product or services I’m giving a card with a candy cane (or sample) attached to it  saying: ‘Good things come in small packages – Happy Holidays!’ I actually plan to have tons of cards on hand for the LONG lines at department stores!”

Natalia Y shares: The Holiday Season brings two of my favorite things – shopping and sharing my business with others – together. I start at Black Friday and continue all season shopping armed with ‘treats’–samples of my product and my business card and tie them together with holiday ribbon and a cute mini candy cane! Then, I work the season, exchanging contact information with my new Prospects and giving them their ‘triple treat,’ something sweet, a sample,  and the gift of financial freedom!” Hand them out while you are shopping to the people working retail that give you great service!!  Or your servers at restaurants, etc.

(*Natalia is one of my power partners in business, and has one of the largest teams in the company…she started her business over the holiday—and became a 6-figure income earner in 6 months…so it’s the perfect time to be scouting for your power partner in business this time of year!)

One of the other top teams in the company was started by my other power partner Susie S…who also started her business on New Years eve (another example of someone who built a BIG business over a holiday!) She shares this idea:

The holidays are just the PERFECT time to be sharing our business because we are with so many people. Whether it’s Thanksgiving dinner, or holiday parties and events, everyone seems to see good friends OR meet new people. Be sure you have your business cards and samples. And when you arrive to dinner at your hostess’s house….be sure you are attaching them to a little bottle of bubbly….better yet fore go the wine for a full sized product…they will LOVE it!

What next?

As you meet people who express interest in your business, INVITE INVITE INVITE– leverage opportunity calls, meetings and events—invite them to hear more about what you do!

Why Wait? Closing Tips:

Create the urgency, and enforce why the time is NOW! During the month of December it’s not uncommon for people to want to “wait until January” to join your team–here’s how to answer that objection (because you never want people to wait, or they may change their mind or join with someone else!):

“Mary, may I make a suggestion? I want to share with you what’s going on with our company right now. ***SHARE YOUR COMPANIES CURRENT PRODUCT OFFERINGS, SPECIALS, OR INCENTIVE PROGRAMS***. You don’t have to do a lot of heavy lifting now, but I would love to just get you signed on now, and get you trained, so you’ll be out of the gates and running with everyone else in the New Year. I will respect your pace, but let’s set a time in December for the registration so you can get that end-of-year write-off too! Let’s take a peek at our calendars for this week”

A great way to get these potential customers and consultants is through events too—we are in the party season, and people are in the mindset of getting and giving gifts! So it’s the perfect time to mingle and jingle, and hold fun and festive events!

My advice to you? Schedule as many events as possible in the first 3 weeks of December! Then…be sure this practice duplicates down on your team! Make sure EVERY person on your team is doing at least a couple of events this month and next, whether it’s a big business launch or 5 people over to the holidays. This is how we’ll drive volume and keep attracting consultants and customers. Good themes for December: “Mingle & Jingle!” or a “Favorite Things Party” for your favorite peeps (favors can be samples or full sized products!)

A great way to get people to come: tie into charity! People love to come to events when tied to a charity, so I try to focus on giving back during these times. People want to feel like they are doing good but also want to get out, enjoy the season and look their best, so tying them all together seems to really drive people to events. So consider having a food drive, coat drive, or toys for tots too!

Make it fun, and keep it festive: offer Champagne & cupcakes, if in the morning–muffin and mimosas, in the evening–leave the aging to wine and cheese, or if you really want to make it holiday hip–cookies and cocoa—everyone can bring sweet treats to eat…you treat them to a fabulous night with friends!

Tips for holiday events:

-Incentivize purchases on the spot: Have “Gifts” on hand to give away if someone joins your team, agrees to host an event for you, or buys something that night.  Natalia suggests you buy some cute mugs at Wal-Mart for $5.00.  She puts samples inside, and finishes by filling the mug with chocolates.  Then wrap them with cellophane and tie with a decorative ribbon to give as “gift with purchase/ enrollment”.

– Incorporate wish lists: Erin G hosts a customer appreciation Christmas Bash. She is having the women fill out their wish lists …Then she is sending men their wives “wish-list” and offering to set it up & wrap it for them!

-You could also offer gifts and stocking stuffers wrapped and ready to gift too!

– I’m asking all my customers for their wish-list as well and asking them who to send it to.

Other fun events:

-Find other charity events going on and asking if you can either have a booth or donate to a silent auction.

-Prepare baskets and bring to car dealers or office buildings and help people shop for their spouse!

Holiday open house with other vendors- exposes you to new people. You all invite your friends!

Bottom line—tis the season to mix and mingle–and put some extra “jingle” in your pocket this holiday!

People are in the “party mood”, “gifting mood” so these are the perfect months to host an event, or ask a friend to host one for you as you “expand into their city”! It’s also a great way to maximize your time and get your business in front of a lot of people at once!

My company is NOT a party plan company–but I still believe events are a great way to get our goods in front of a lot of people at once–especially during the holidays!

GIVE THE GIFT

Don’t forget…There is no better way to market your products and business than to get your goods in the hands of as many people possible. So, in addition to updating your prospect list this month, I want you to make your holiday gift-giving list, and then pick a product for each person on the list. This is the time to GIVE THE GIFT because you know that once people use your products, they’re hooked. And then they talk about it. It’s an important investment in your business, and it’s a write off! I “give the gift” to everyone on my list! There’s something for everyone, at many different pricing points.

I “dress our products up” by making cute gift baskets each and every year. Since our products are so transformative, I am confident that they will LOVE the product, and definitely want more! So it’s the gift that keeps on giving, as they re-order from me when I follow up after the holiday, asking how much they love the products…and it’s a great lead into the opportunity saying: “I’m sure you’re loving the product! Let’s talk about how you can get the deepest discount as a distributor!”

Tis the season to “GIVE THE GIFT” of fabulous financial opportunity! We have a gift in our hands…share it with everyone this holiday! Who knows? You could be holding their “holiday miracle” in your hands!
